No team work,very little if any communication, cares not about employees, no increase in pay, but expects 150%, from employsees.
Freedom to work independently
No input from employees regarding nythingre company, very very high turn over employees.
Suggestions for improvement
- Hire someone that cares about improving the company, has a positive attitude towards employees, a simple THANK YOU, IS GOOD TO HEAR,
