Suggestions for improvement
- Written policies are a must. Understanding how administrative and technological practices are expected to be performed would be incredibly helpful.
What I like about the company
I have a debilitating medical condition and the office has been incredibly flexible in setting my expectations, work hours and allowing me to work remotely. That being said, quality of work must meet exacting standards and in a majority-female workplace personalities must be measured.
What I dislike about the company
Rules and standards seem to change frequently and written policies would be helpful for all employees.
