Support from Management
Management often went with the "customer is always right" rule, even when it made associates look bad, and HR needs constant reminding to do simple things.
The were a few associates what were uncooperative, but as a whole people worked well together whenever possible.
Level of Autonomy
The Suppervisors and managers always trusted most associates to work on there own, and we were encouraged to do so, but if we need help it was a coin toss if we would get help or not.
