As a caregiver, I travel to my client's house and the company is good about not hovering or constantly checking in.

Majority of the people at this company, as far as I can tell, are women.
Not a whole lot of room to advance in this career field
Only job I've had that allows me to take off time around holidays to spend it with family.
The work isn't necessarily hard, but it is difficult when you lose a client.

During caregiver meetings, we fill out a form and are asked our opinion on improvements that can be made

- Pay raises. We have bills and families to support.
What I like about the company
Everyone who works in the office has always been extremely friendly and upbeat. I appreciate that they are not constantly hovering over my shoulder checking in on me while at my client's house.
What I dislike about the company
The low pay has to be the worst. That seems to be the norm in this field, however I'm sure it plays a large role in the high turnover rate. Employees need more incentive to want to stay
