Support from Management
Upper management has poor communication skills when it comes to the advertising side of the business. The director of sales has no desire to coach, train, or develop the team in a professional environment. This is way it will always be a revolving door as long as she's in her roll. I've never know anyone to keep gossip, undermine, or be as disrespectful as the person they have in charge. She is very unprofessional and I'm surprised HR hasn't investigated her.
