Suggestions for improvement
- Don't be to quick to judge what you don't know. And don't cut off you're employees from talking to someone you've fired. Don't threaten you're employees that they will lose there job for talking to there best friend just because you fired her. Don't leave someone with no support system just because you allow you're judgements to get in the way
