The company as a whole is great, everyone helps each other. We stay connected with our team via e-mail and live chat, so if anyone has any questions or just need support there is always someone to talk to.
Support from management
Management is great, I feel they try to help you as much as possible and guide you in the right direction. But what they want is also sometimes unrealistic. You have goals to meet and a ranking system. If you do not do it their way you get docked points, and if you are behind on points you get a coaching.
