Suggestions for improvement
- Remove the goal system for departments that it does not apply to and make there be a fair rotation for those working certain shifts.
I like about the employer
The longer you stay the more paid time off you can have. The benefits and 401k are also a plus.
I dislike about the employer
The hours/shifts are not that desirable. There is also no fair distribution of working the evening/overnight shifts vs the day shift. Also for our department we are required to write 3 goals every year and for Production Techs we do not have the same goals as the rest of the corporate side of the company so this is a cause of a lot of stress and frustration though out the year. It is a very out dated and pointless system that could be done with out.
