They were impossible to get in touch with and tended to take the clients word over their cleaners .
You usually worked alone or with a person you never met before.
Freedom to work independently
Although we could choose our hours and areas I was constantly sent out of mine.
They are based in another state and during the winter were not understanding to the fact that we had lots of snow and the driving and parking conditions were not great
Family emergencies and deaths were considered an inconvenience to them
They went out of business and gave us a two week notice
There is no training and clients didn't have background checks so they could've been sending us into a nut house for all they knew. Anyone was allowed to make an appointment
