Support from management
Unless you kissed the butt they didn't like you.
Unless you kissed the butt they didn't like you.
Leaders were not helpful nor resourceful at all.
People tired to get others to do they work for them or not do it at all.
Leaders talked to employees anyway they wanted which is unprofessional.
Many employees were treated unfair and others where not. If you was friends with a certain leader you got awat with everything.
Leader only liked employees 40 years old and up if you wherevyounger than 40 she did not like you and would say it daily.
Too much micromanaging. If managers would allow employees to do their job and provide feedback, productivity would be higher. Too much wasted time because management doesn't communicate with staff. There is no encouragemention for personal growth and employee morale is low. High turnover rate
