Support from Management
Company staff never communicated. If I mentioned something (from my patient or asking for time off or schedule, etc.) to the case manager I always had to repeat it to the owner/administrator.
There was no support from the company. If anything changed regarding schedule or personnel, nurse always had to communicate with the patient and family when the company was supposed to deal with it.
