Suggestions for improvement
- Management needs to actually start CARING about employees, needs to replace Sales Managers (they are extremely difficult to work for) and give staff better work-life balance. Taber is harsh, out of touch with employees and the circumstances/environment under which employees are forced to operate in and put up with. Very "click-ish" culture and staff.
What I like about the company
The best part of that job was the clients.
