Support from Management
Every member of management has no sense of direction and can't separate business from personal feelings.
Most employees do well working as a team, but some are simply there for a paycheck and do the bare minimum, leaving you to pick up their slack.
Level of Autonomy
Work is not equally distributed. If you do well, you are given more work for the same amount of pay and expected to carry others who do not work as hard, but make the same, if not more than you.
