Suggestions for improvement
- Get a manager/supervisor that is not a relative or drinking buddy to the other employees. Stop allowing employees to get away with doing what they know is wrong. There are no disciplinary actions when employees "forget" to do their job. There is no supervision 80% of the work day.

Unprofessionalism of employees, lazy employees, managers are just as bad as the employees. Don't think that managers should be a family member of other employees or a drinking buddy either. Don't think employees should be constantly reminded to "do their job". There are many people who need a job and will do the work. When someone forgets to do their work they should be disciplined in some way. Need supervision all the time, not 25% of the day.
