You have no say so in anything, if you express yourself-you are automatically causing drama.
Lack of communication, there is no room for communication and no understanding.

If your child is sick or a relative passes away, you would need proof and need to be back to work as soon as possible-
If management treat all employees equally fair and able to give raises then the employees would talk fondly about the company, until then..NO.
You will be fired due to drama caused by a favorite employee to management.
No, you will have to sign your name to a document stating that you have when you have NOT taken the course before inspection is due to inspect the building and paperwork.

- New Management to where NO ONE is related. Mother/Daughter, Sisters, Husband/Wife in the main office.
What I like about the company
I like meeting new people at Homewood and a FEW employees.
What I dislike about the company
Favoritism, Family/Friends employed with higher pay once hired. No human resource department to talk to about the unfairness. Higher up drinking and doing drugs while on the job. Lack of Communication, lack of Trust and Management sharing confidential information unto other employees.
