Suggestions for improvement
- Metrics are important... but look at the right ones. Spent at least 8 hrs a week on metrics that were largely irrelevant to the company success. Take care of the people that work for you. They are not widgets, they are the determining factor of your long term success. There is minimal loyalty to the employees and hence as a result there is minimal loyalty to the company by the employees.
What I like about the company
They paid on time.
