Support from Management

Realitively zero direct leadership or bordering on "obsessive compulsive disorder" from a company and supervisory directed level. Non existent teamwork. Uncoordinated effort across all peerage lines. Nepotism rampant in hiring practices. Failed career development for employees due to the tendency to be constantly restructuring company positions and pay scales to offset corporate losses resulting from failed upper level management policies. Net assessment: seek life elsewhere

Very proactive on safety, just not smart about it. Safety carried to extremes in some areas to become running (actually, don't run because you might trip) joke.

Great examples for handling diversity.

Suggestions for improvement

  • Quit relying so much on someone having an MBA and see if they're disagreement is based on doing the right thing, or just being a fool.
  • Do more than pay lip service to treating people fairly. When you treat people like they are in middle school, they will behave like middle schoolers.
