Not good. Ineffectual New Leaders who are corporate climbers and nothing else.
Support from Management
They pretend to try to involve the employee, but it more do as I say or you are out with the new Leadership
People are great for the most part.
Level of Autonomy
Depending on your position and job and you manager. Some positions a lot of autonomy with the right managers.
Never seen anything else.
