Too many changes staff don't feel secure.

None, they tell each person what they want to hear.
It used to be great but now becoming more cut throat as everyone is watching out for themselves.
Poor communication, too many rumors.

New Leadership in Supply Chain has let go around 20 employees all over age 40 and replaced them with inexperienced people.
