Suggestions for improvement
- It would be nice to have company paid events where department as can meet and mingle without being in a meeting setting
Fantastic leadership. Started with no experience and now have a degree and a career I love. I love the people I work with and I believe in my company's vision and mission.
I really don't have much constructive criticism to offer. Perhaps, more detailed analysis of software upgrades before implementation.
No trust, no respect, no ownership, very little honesty
