It was hard to have any sense of leadership. In the 20 years that I worked for them we must have changed co's at least a dozen times.
Individual offices were pitted against each other. The 3 regions all followed their own rules and would sabotage each other.
Level of Autonomy
It would depend on the office.
Once a year a how is the company doing call. You were usually told when you were doing something wrong. Once a year review designed to explain why you not be getting a promised raise.
