Suggestions for improvement
- Corporate office needs to be updated; stuck in the 80s and workers comp nightmare. Need to adjust salaries..if nothing else get men and women paid more equally and consider experience and education. Otherwise need to contract out services.
What I like about the company
Learned a lot via on-the-job training; lots of HR turnover due to many leadership changes with CHRO
What I dislike about the company
Not quite sure HR Department has been given all resources to be successful and became more challenging as more restaurants open/acquired
