Attitude towards older colleagues
Borderline unprofessional.. CEO is awesome but some of the people under him are "different" with the exception to Corporate. The internal staff (the ones nobody sees or rarely speak to (cause they don't answer the phones mainly) are ok)
No opportunity for growth..
Overall compensation for your work
No raises. Just a cost of living increase every year.
As long as you don't have a life & never go on vacation or get sick, you'll always have a job.
Suggestions for improvement
- Training classes on communication. Talk to office staff to see what's going on in the branches. Secret shoppers to test customer service skills.
