Suggestions for improvement
- Treat your employees better. Listen to them. They're not all lying to you. Quit throwing money at the wrong things. $10,000 nursing bonuses? Firing all of the managers so you can hire a developer? How's that working out for you? You kept the one manager who was having all of the affairs with her own employees and got rid of the good ones.
I like about the employer
The salary was good
I dislike about the employer
It was a hostile work environment where the CEO cusses at the managers and the direct care workers cuss at the managers. It was one of the worse places I have ever worked for and the children really were being abused no matter how hard a few you got rid of tried to stop it.
