Suggestions for improvement
- Better pay for floor staff even if that means cutting management salaries. Promoting teamwork and giving incentives for it instead of discouraging it. evaluations that mean something and earn you extra for the hard work.
What I like about the company
You learn a lot from the kids almost as much as you are teaching them. It's so rewarding when you see the kids accomplishing things that they were never expected to.
