Support from management
Employees are encouraged to be team players, but they are not.
Freedom to work independently
This area is always encouraged but follow through isn't there, it's hard to advance because of senior employees, they always get 1st priority.
Overall compensation for your work
Responsibility outweighs compensation. Evaluations and Raises are few and far between.
Paid vacation and sick days, family is given 1st consideration.
You'll never get fired, which is bad in this case. Disclipline rarely happens in this company.

Diverse opinions are not always supported.
Suggestions for improvement
- Management and Directors should have more follow through when supporting lead employees. Regular evaluations and raises are necessary to keep good employees.

Hope Services has great medical benefits!
What I dislike about the company
Disclipline rarely happens at Hope, employees are talked to, but go right back to their bad habits and get away with less than desirable work ethic.
