Support from management
Some departments are better than others, but overall management is awful and the turnover is indicative of that. Be a yes person, accept unreasonable demands and don't mind that whatever you do it will never be enough and you'll be fine.
Suggestions for improvement
- Respect your employees, take their suggestions and stop the top down management. People aren't going to be engaged in their work with your lame ideas.
