  • HR needs to be fired. His mom runs the company.

What I like about the company

Flexible hours. Holiday pay. Sick pay. Vacation pay

What I dislike about the company

The HR. HR needs to keep his distance from the younger women and needs to stop flirting with employees.

What I dislike about the company

I would recommend anyone to apply to Horizons. All attempts to work harder and advance in the company will prove futile. The company does not offer evaluations for raises despite section 1.4 in the Employee Handbook which specifically dictates set guidelines for said evaluations. Minimal opportunity for advancement, tedious and robotic work, same $8.25/hour for as long as you're employed. Management is very concerned with friendships and personal relationships and puts both before actual work.
