Support from management
Management is terrible. Do not include staff in plans. Understaffed units all the time. Over work.
No staff will blame others for there wrong doing. They gang up on new employees making them feel UN wanted
Freedom to work independently
Higher staff never trust that the employees will do their jobs always second guessing them put them down
Terrible communication between everyone in company. management all the way to volunteers no one can relay a message
Same career opportunities but men had the better hand because they didn't have good reason to miss work such as pregnancy, feminine problems....
Attitude towards older colleagues
No the younger employees treat the older (55+) employees terrible act like they are to old or slow or imcompitent
If you are a favorite of the management you can advance but if you are new you don't have a chance
Overall compensation for your work
No staff was always under paid for the quality and time put into work
Office / Work Environment
Copiers always break, climate is hot uncomfortable. The computers always were down not running
Management never cared about the work place they would listen to our concerns and never enforce it. No recycling
Yes there is alto of pressure to work more hours. Feeling like you'll lose your job if you don't take some ones shift or stay late
I was at the time because I loved to help people. But now I look back and the company is terrible
No I did not I always thought I was gonna be let go and I was
They gave minimum training. Hardly helped
I was proud of the work I did. I loved the patients and their families. I enjoyed what I did very much.

Suggestions for improvement
- Listen to employees they are direct source or improvement
- If an employee has a doctors note you shouldn't be able to fire them weather or not they have been there for 6 months or 10 years.
What I like about the company
Some staff was nice.
What I dislike about the company
They don't care about the needs of the staff. Don't care if some thing happens in personal life that could effect work.
