Suggestions for improvement
- Honestly there wasn’t anything they could’ve done to change the problems, they did the best they could with the changes they had to deal with. I would still recommend families that asked me to use them for hospice.
What I like about the company
Helping families through the last stage of life is a reward like no other. You really do make a difference for these families and the patients also.
What I dislike about the company
It’s not the companies fault but Medicare has made it very challenging with decreasing the reimbursement rate. The company increased workloads and decreased what we were allowed to do for the patients because they had to with the smaller budget. This made my work life balance change a lot compared to how it had been in the past.
