Suggestions for improvement
- Listen to people when there is poor managers (specially when good employees starts leaving the company).
I like about the employer
Good people to work with, 401(k), decent health benefits.
I dislike about the employer
Management contradicts each other, blaming employees for poor management directions. No support from HR when it was required. Disrespects to people from managers (make fun, throw people under the bus, screams in front of a meeting). Long hours (8 to 7, and weekends).
