Some employees icluding upper management are very disrespectful when talking with the employees of this department
Support from management
Management doesn't even speak with my department. They make decisions with no input from us.
No encouragement given
Very poor communication unless yu do something wrong. Very rqarely are you commended for doing well
Women are talked down toby most of the staff
Attitude towards older colleagues
Employees make remarks about age and how the work isn't been done because of it
No growth in my position for anyone
We don't recycle and we should
Job is kinda boring

Suggestions for improvement
- Clear communication throughout the hospital. Zero tolerance of disrespect of employees. Working together with the proper departments when new software is introduced so everyone gets to have an input. Inclusion of employees when making decisions that directly effect where they work .
What I like about the company
I have worked here a long time and have persuaded my boss to give me additional responsibilities. I have taken it upon my self to learn new things. If I hadn't done that it would have never been offered to me.
What I dislike about the company
The lack of communication, the treatment of employees from certain departments.
