It is a "good old boy network" and if you're not connected or sucking up, you're not going anywhere.
Suggestions for improvement
- Hold everyone accountable to the same set of rules, starting at the top. Don't preach that you won't hold anyone back from transferring to another division or area of the country because you do it on a regular basis.
I like about the employer
I dislike about the employer
When they lose an account and they have managers in that area that wish to stay in that area, they should release their contract so that those people may pursue employment with the new company that has taken over the account.
