Not too bad if you are in the right place at the right time. Some of the places are like the company has left you all alone.
Support from management
I told them about so many issues I was having and no one helped with anything.
If you are a go getter then they will lean on you. Most of my experience was not good. They let lazy managers be lazy and have the good managers pick up the slack.
Depends on your director and VP but my experience was great when I first started and when they changed the director at our facility things went very wrong very quickly
Depends on the VP in your area mine sucked and didn't value woman. But the one who hired me was great. I just had a bad experience when new management came to the building
Attitude towards older colleagues
Great! With managers and team members.
Not too good. They want you to be a assistant director for ever
Overall compensation for your work
Over worked and under paid
I have worked there for 2 year and still have not had a vacation.
Not good in my area
They wont fire you because there is no one else to replace you.
Great with policy and procedures
This work is so hard because there is so much stress. Stress with the company, team members, Nursing staff, Doctors ect. Everyone complains to you and you have to put a smile on and take it.
Suggestions for improvement
- Better communication and opportunities for assistant directors
What I like about the company
Some of the people who worked there are great people.
What I dislike about the company
No work life balance
