Suggestions for improvement
- Managers need to be more professional speaking to their employees and the favoritism should never be an issue. When someone speaks up about a matter they shouldn't get scolded.
Our culture is diverse.
We worked together greatly. Like family and we treated the customers as such.
Yes we are all equal employees.
I don't know, I've never seen older woekers but im sure they would/ be interesting.
Employees are trained well.
Yes mybcompensation does match my work responsibilities and i get paid fairly well.
I feel like it was a fair company to work for.
Leadership (Management) sets unattainable goals to make themselves look better in the eyes of their superiors.
Favoritism is practiced as far as shifts go. Not everyone does "their part" in making the store viable.
Entry level employees are constantly supervised like they are trying to steal.
