Company is more focused on being busy than achieving results. Lots of time spent building slide decks no one uses.

Unclear expectations, inconsistent goals, lots of busy work.

Sr. Vice Presidents holding weekly staff meetings with 50 people in them. Complete waste of time and manpower.
Possibly too much communication. Seems like lots of people end up ignoring the messages.
