Even though this company advocates for women who are in abusive relationships; management, purposely creates hierarchical relationships and aims to cut employee self-worth.
Support from Management
Administrative staff do not care about providing healthy work environment for employees. There is a huge amount of favoritism and passive-aggressive behavior from administrative staff, including not informing employees about legal information that human resources is legally required to give to employees.
