Decision making lacking, poor personal skills in dealing with clients.
Suggestions for improvement
- Actually work to improve conditions and provide more for current employees and hire more people. Most of the money goes to upper management perks; vehicle expenses, trips etc.
What I like about the company
Employees are very hard working which at times can be difficult due to company culture.
What I dislike about the company
The culture of being "the old boys network" . The upper tier of management doesn't have a clue. They need to stop the process of picking and choosing inside their tiers and open positions to new people.
