Suggestions for improvement
- Rationale should be provided before creating new administrative positions and follow-up evaluations should be publicized annually, to see if the position is still necessary.
We need annual internal evaluations from the bottom up, not just from the top down. Only professors are evaluated by both those above and below them.
Every employee at HCC should be evaluated by students, from the Cancellor on down, the way professors are evaluated by students.
