Suggestions for improvement
- I would require that ALL district level administrators and school administrators have a certain number of years of experience in the classroom before obtaining leadership positions. Experience makes a more effective leader.
What I like about the company
When I was a new employee, my fellow colleagues were a huge support. I was provided with the professional development I needed and loved the results that my progress and hard work on my students. Teaching is a very rewarding job, but a very difficult one. I would not recommend someone to teach if they do not have passion for it.
What I dislike about the company
The lack of financial support in the classroom. And sometimes discussions made by administration the hinders progress in the classroom.
