Suggestions for improvement

  • I would ask that administrators complete professional book studies and hold more positive teacher conferences.

What I like about the company

The people I work with are generally competent and professionally capable. People seem willing to work hard and my skills and talents are appreciated. I recommend changes based upon research and direct observations and my fellow administrators listen to my reasoning. I have become an excited problem-solver, wanting to problem-solve school-wide issues.

What I dislike about the company

I believe my school district could benefit from proper professional development. Many educators lack the abilities to think critically for the students.
