Support from Management
Excessive control and micromanagement. Unfortunately there is little employee trust.
Suggestions for improvement
- Trust employees and allow them to do their jobs. Management needs to let go a little bit and allow for some new ideas.
I like about the employer
They are very knowledgeable about their products and test all products extensively.
I dislike about the employer
Very set in their ways and allow for little to no autonomy. Small company and very controlling.
