Suggestions for improvement
- Be more fare to each employee and consider seniority when they lay-off employees.
What I like about the company
Health insurance benefit and 401 K and the Christmas bonus.
What I dislike about the company
Not a secure job, they lay-off employees often. Not equal treatment(you have to be a noisy person to get promotion). They do not testing drug test to the employees often that some employees(higher level) can do whatever they want. I have been working there for 10 years, and they don't value the seniority to keep anyone when they lay off employees, no one is safe to go through the lay-off process.
