Suggestions for improvement
- All departments should be trained in how to communicate with other departments. It would solve a lot of confusion and miscommunication.
What I like about the company
When I first started, I felt like I was set up for success. I received an orientation on Day 1, and shortly after, got a more in-depth orientation to the company as a whole. I was given plenty of time for training before I was working on my own, and by tht time, felt very comfortable with my responsibilities. While not everything is perfect, I feel valued and love the independence that I am given. It is by far the best place I've worked.
What I dislike about the company
I would love if all of our buildings could be temperature controlled. Not only for workers, but for the animals. It would make it more comfortable for everyone. And I know that everyone thinks they should be paid more, but most of the employees I know eiter need supplemental income, rely on a significant other or other relative, or live paycheck to paycheck. It would be nice to have our hard work recognized and have our pay meet the standard of living.
