Revolving door management.
Poor safety and both internal and corporate management does not care to fix.
Suggestions for improvement
- I think this corporation as a whole may be beyond help. The NAFTA division should honestly be disolved or apply a mass termination of the corporate management team. At the very least, use multiple consulting teams to review the corporate leadership and apply their consensus to understand the corporate deficiencies.
