Suggestions for improvement
- My suggestion is that they go back to the basics of what made the company successful in the first place and replace ALL upper management & then show the preparers more respect instead of regarding us as 'replaceable data entry monkeys'. I literally had a district manager coach me on what to say when applying for upper management and those were her exact words!
- I suggest they make some major improvements before ALL of their 'good' help has quit & gone to the competition.
