Suggestions for improvement
- Hire a marketing team and let tax preparers prepare taxes. Reward preparers who do accurate work. Be more cautious about security and don't look the other way just because an employee brings in lots of business.
I like about the employer
The clients. The coworkers. The challenge of tax preparation.
I dislike about the employer
The untested software. Time required for marketing while preparing tax returns and pressure to do the return in half the time it should have. Favoring employees who create problems because they pad their fees and bring in more. Receptionists who don't know how to use the software for appointments.
