There were obvious favorites. Some people were recognized more often than others. Recognition often came for hitting goals vs. positive customer comments. So the tax preparers recieved frequent recognition while front desk staff rarely did.
Support from Management
Store level managment was good. District level was okay. On a personal level all were great. They had to push corporate goals.
