Suggestions for improvement
- That all tax personal be treated as equals and that longevity with the company just means you been there a long time when it comes to customers. The customers should come first.
What I like about the company
I like the work and meeting people and helping them out with there tax issues.
What I dislike about the company
That there is no definitive pay schedule for first year tax people and that the company has no set fee schedule.
