- Continuing to listen their employees for feedback
Culture of Micro management and beratement of staff.
Managers yell at staff and berate them. Very little help. Brooklyn Business Banking is one of the worst.
Staff members are pitted against each other
Excessive micro management
Portfolios are very unequal in terms of potential and alignment
Departments work as silos. No room to move
