They ask for your opinions, make plans, then ignore everything and do whatever is on their mind at the time, usually to the detriment of workflow and quality.
No teamwork. All work is authority driven by shaming and demeaning individuals
No real equity in pay by gender. The real problem is promoting based on gender.
