Company seems to have its days where everything roles right and other days seems to be no guidance.
Support from management
Support from the case managers to the field agents during business hours is slightly above average. After hours is a pain to get info for cases.
Seldom do you work with another agent. Some are friendly and helpful as can be, others just care about the basics and not going that extra mile to help out or assist you.
Supervisors / managers switch about every other month. Hard to build that repore.
