Company seems to have its days where everything roles right and other days seems to be no guidance.
Support from management
Support from the case managers to the field agents during business hours is slightly above average. After hours is a pain to get info for cases.
Seldom do you work with another agent. Some are friendly and helpful as can be, others just care about the basics and not going that extra mile to help out or assist you.
Supervisors / managers switch about every other month. Hard to build that repore.
Freedom to work independently
Working out in the field, they do give you small guidelines, but basically your out there on your own, operating at your own drive.
Depending on the subject they are great at getting out info and answering question. But when it comes to handling tour personal issues it seems that the supervisors are stats driven and employ needs come last in the order of importance.
Iformation on changes to reports or procedures are sent out after the fact, then us field agents and are having to go and chase down the info after we receive a negative email.

Some only care about them selfs.
Overall compensation for your work
No. They pay below the national cent per mile rate and try to “compensate” with a drive program. The daily Perdeum is below the national average.
Office / Work Environment
Your office is your vehicle,
Have worked in some cities where I’ve felt safe with no concerns, other cities or towns even law enforcements question tour safety.
Late spring to mid fall forget about a personal life. They will try to work You over 100 plus a week.
Heaven forbid your a dad with split custody on a child and try to get time off on your weekends that you have your child.
They won’t tell you when the down time comes and here is no work.
Communication, you have to ask the right question in the right way sonas not to get vague answers.
A joke from what I hear from competitors. They only care about getting the info they need and not about the people who are out there getting it
Is none. You can be let go for the littlest mistake without any career development retraining.
This company forbids the carry of any firearm or personal protection devise, which is fullish a s setting up the field agents for possibility of becoming a victim. Some town and cities the crime rate is crazy they the roof but they still want you to go sit and watch a house and get the info they need, but don’t even care about your safety.
