The smarter, experienced staff have either left or been let go due to "cost-saving" measures. They work their staff until they drop. $$$ is king!
Support from Management
The staff tries to work together and help each other. Management doesn't. They thrive on delegating work to others.
Level of Autonomy
As long as you bring in the might dollar, you can work independently. Just don't stop doing it.
