Suggestions for improvement
- Overall culture needs improvement. Top down management is dicey. Flakey at best. Need strong social skills. Buy-in from overall culture is disjointed. Shoot from the hip nature is constant. Needs consistent message and improve equal treatment for all employees.
What I like about the company
Opportunities did appear and helped career advancement.
What I dislike about the company
Favoritism is visible and overall unhappy work culture. Work/life balance isn't taken into consideration. Money is the underlining factor with all decisions.
