- Treat employees as a value not as a number, pay more money
I dislike about the employer
They make promises that they do not deliver on. They expect you to move around, but do not want to compensate you financially. Bonuses are embarrassing, if you work 55-60 hours a week I'd expect a bonus of more than $1000. They have so many financial reporting requirements that try to figure out why they lost money instead of trying to figure out how they can mitigate future loses.
